BallaratOSM has instituted ‘Social Distancing” rules as part of the response to the developing coronavirus spread. We are still open and consulting as usual.

Patients for Ballarat Sports Medicine are asked to enter by the dedicated Sports Medicine entrance, allowing for more separation of patients throughout the building. Please make use of the hand sanitisers on the counter as you enter the building, or wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. All staff are maintaining strict hand hygiene rules, and all high-traffic surfaces such as EFTPOS machines are frequently disinfected.

We will be utilising tele-health consultations where possible. If you are unwell but have an appointment booked, please call us and we can arrange a telephone appointment, or we can reschedule.

We are carefully monitoring the situation both nationally and locally, and will modify our responses according to the best advice.
